In Greene County magistrate court Ryan Douglas Patterson of Jefferson was sentenced Oct. 16 to jail in two separate cases. In the first, Patterson was sentenced to five days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. In the second case, Patterson was sentenced to four days in jail, also on a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail terms are consecutive. No fine or surcharge was assessed in either case, nor was he assessed sheriff’s room and board costs. Court costs were $30. (Sentencing: Magistrate Jessica Morton)
Janon Lezlie Olson of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court costs were $60.
